WHY THERAPY? HOW DOES IT WORK?

The uncertainty of COVID-19 variants, gun violence, financial and economic burden can challenge anyone to feel helpless and hopeless in today’s world and can risk physical and mental well-being.  Feeling anxious, depressed, grieving the death of a loved one, getting sick or injured, can question what is life’s purpose?  Gloria believes her Life’s experiences and Clinical background can bring a beacon of light and help you find your life’s purpose. Gloria believes those experiencing their darkest moments and life struggles can benefit through therapy in giving meaning and happiness.
